Our Story
We are a Greek-Canadian family.
I am a Canadian lawyer married to a Greek dentist.
We have two small children and we share our time between the Athens Riviera and Anoixi (northern suburbs of Athens).
We started OIKOS to offer locals and investors a property management service that actually cares about their homes. Our promise is to take care of your house as if it was ours.
Our property management team has two objectives : to fill a gap on the Athens Riviera where there are few management companies, and to offer more competitive home-management packages in the center of Athens where the cost of property management packages is often prohibitive.
Prior to expanding on the south coast of Athens, we managed properties in Québec and Montréal, and as of 2017, in the center of Athens.
